These are what you use to reinforce the punched holes on each Quiet Book page.  They are included in the page kits and swap groups.  You can purchase them separately here if you are making extra pages for your book.

They are sold by the set, which includes 1 male and 1 female piece.

You will need the grommet tool to hammer them in place.
