Easter Basket Scavenger Hunt

Hunting for Easter eggs is really fun and exciting.  But if you want to add an extra level of fun and exciting on Easter morning, then check out my Easter Basket Scavenger Hunt.

The clues are made up for you (and they're free!)  Just cut them in strips, roll them up, and put them in plastic eggs.  Tip - the Easter Bunny does this one at a time as he/she hides the eggs so he/she knows where the next one needs to go!

My kids are 6 and almost 4 years old.  This is the 3rd year the Easter Bunny will send them on a Scavenger Hunt for their baskets.  I overheard them saying last week, "I can't wait for the Easter Bunny to come bring us clues.  Do you remember that from last year?  It was so much fun."  They have brought it up TWO more times since then.  I am pretty sure it will make a lasting impression on your kids also!

P.S. The clues are all very general places in a house or apartment and nothing is outside.  It's easy to adapt to any family!

This is such a cute idea! I’m sure the kids feel so clever when they find their baskets. I look forward to doing this. Bonus that I don’t have to think up the clues myself!
